Die Super UV Vorschaltgeräte kennzeichnen sich durch die große Bandbreite der anschließbaren T5-Amalgamlampen (40–105 Watt). Dadurch sind die Vorschaltgeräte vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Vorschaltgeräte sind mit einem Stundenzähler ausgestattet, der dem Benutzer anzeigt, wann die Lampe ausgetauscht werden muss. Darüber hinaus ist ein Alarm integriert, der die Funktionsfähigkeit der Lampe überwacht.
