NeuerungenAufgrund der hohen Nachfrage haben wir nun einen Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer konstruiert wo die Ein- und Abläufe alle von einer Seite bedient werden können (von vorne). In diesem Filter ist die Trommel serienmäßig links montiert. Für eine rechts montierte Trommel sprechen Sie uns bitte an, damit wir Ihren Umbauwünschen entsprechen können (bitte beachten Sie, dass durch diese Sonderanfertigung die Lieferzeit 3-4 Wochen beträgt). Aufgrund dieser Vielfalt können unsere CF Combi-Trommelfilter ohne Probleme in jede Filterkammer eingebaut werden.Funktion Trommelfilter / Drum Filter Die Funktion des Trommelfilters ist es, belastetes Wasser mechanisch zu filtern. Durch ein Edelstahlsieb RVS 316 von 100 Mikrometer werden Kleinstpartikel vom Wasser getrennt und über einen Schmutzablauf nach Außen geführt. Dieser Filterprozess wird über eine Steuerung automatisch geregelt und von Sonden überwacht. Bei einer Fehlfunktion schaltet der Filter automatisch Umwälz- und Rückspülpumpe ab. Der Wasserstand wird ständig von Sonden überwacht. Der EPS Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer ist sehr hochwertig aus PP Kunststoff verarbeitet und wird inklusive Steuerung, Notausdeckelschalter, manueller Rinnenspülung, kompletter Verrohrung von der Spülpumpe bis zur Spülrinne, Niveauregler, Deckel und eingebauter Spülpumpe in einem noch nie dagewesenen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geliefert. Alle Trommelfilter von EPS haben eine Verstärkung mit einem 50/50 U- Profil sowie einem Innenkern aus 40/40 4 Kant Stahlrohr. Durch den Direktantrieb vom Motor zur Trommel fallen Verschleißteile wie bei herkömmlichen Trommelfiltern (Keilriemen, Zahnriemen oder Kunststoffzahnräder) weg. Falls die Schmutzwasserrinne durch starkes Fadenalgenvorkommen oder Blätter einmal verstopfen sollte, ist es kein Problem diese einfach zu demontieren und zu reinigen ohne die Filtertrommel auszubauen oder das Gewebe zu entfernen. In der integrierten JUMBO-Biokammer (1400 x 1200 x 980 mm abzüglich 460 x 325 mm für Pumpenkammer) ist direkt ein japanischer Luftschlauch (19 mm) für ein besseres "moving bed" Verfahren zwecks verbesserter Verwirbelung der HX 13/17 vorinstalliert. Hierzu wird eine Membranpumpe von 100-120 L/min benötigt. Wir empfehlen entweder die HAP-Serie, die Secoh-Serie oder die AP-Serie. Zudem wurde die Biokammer mit 8 mm Schlitzen ausgestattet um HX 13/17 einzusetzen.  Bitte beachten Sie bei den HX 13/17 die geschützte und ungeschützte Oberfläche. Danach wird die Quadratmeter Abbaufläche für Bakterien berechnet. Der EPS Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer ist sowohl als Pump- sowie als Schwerkraftversion lieferbar. Auch wenn Sie eine Schwerkraftversion besitzen, ist es mit wenigen Handgriffen möglich, diese auf Pumpversion umzubauen (wenn Sie hierzu Hilfe benötigen, stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung). Eine Umbauanleitung für den Umbau liegt dem Steuerungskasten bei. Durch die Sicherungsfunktion bzw. den Notausdeckelschalter werden die Tauch UVCs direkt abgeschaltet wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird. Die Funktion ist nur gewährleistet wenn diese über die mitgelieferte Steuerung angeschlossen werden. Es ist empfehlenswert den elektrischen Anschluss der Steuerung mit einem FI- Schutzschalter abzusichern. Die Steuerung sollte nicht direkt Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschlossen PP- Filter zu bauen die sich nicht verformen, säurefest sind und mit einem Direktantrieb betrieben werden. Nach einer intensiven Testzeit von ca. 6 Jahren in unserer eigenen KOI- Anlage, die aus ca. 60 Becken unterschiedlichster Größe besteht sowie bei vollem Fischbesatz und üppiger Fütterung täglich, haben wir die Serienproduktion aufgenommen. NeuerungenAufgrund der hohen Nachfrage haben wir nun einen Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer konstruiert wo die Ein- und Abläufe alle von einer Seite bedient werden können (von vorne). In diesem Filter ist die Trommel serienmäßig links montiert. Für eine rechts montierte Trommel sprechen Sie uns bitte an, damit wir Ihren Umbauwünschen entsprechen können (bitte beachten Sie, dass durch diese Sonderanfertigung die Lieferzeit 3-4 Wochen beträgt). Aufgrund dieser Vielfalt können unsere CF Combi-Trommelfilter ohne Probleme in jede Filterkammer eingebaut werden.Funktion Trommelfilter / Drum Filter Die Funktion des Trommelfilters ist es, belastetes Wasser mechanisch zu filtern. Durch ein Edelstahlsieb RVS 316 von 100 Mikrometer werden Kleinstpartikel vom Wasser getrennt und über einen Schmutzablauf nach Außen geführt. Dieser Filterprozess wird über eine Steuerung automatisch geregelt und von Sonden überwacht. Bei einer Fehlfunktion schaltet der Filter automatisch Umwälz- und Rückspülpumpe ab. Der Wasserstand wird ständig von Sonden überwacht. Der EPS Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer ist sehr hochwertig aus PP Kunststoff verarbeitet und wird inklusive Steuerung, Notausdeckelschalter, manueller Rinnenspülung, kompletter Verrohrung von der Spülpumpe bis zur Spülrinne, Niveauregler, Deckel und eingebauter Spülpumpe in einem noch nie dagewesenen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geliefert. Alle Trommelfilter von EPS haben eine Verstärkung mit einem 50/50 U- Profil sowie einem Innenkern aus 40/40 4 Kant Stahlrohr. Durch den Direktantrieb vom Motor zur Trommel fallen Verschleißteile wie bei herkömmlichen Trommelfiltern (Keilriemen, Zahnriemen oder Kunststoffzahnräder) weg. Falls die Schmutzwasserrinne durch starkes Fadenalgenvorkommen oder Blätter einmal verstopfen sollte, ist es kein Problem diese einfach zu demontieren und zu reinigen ohne die Filtertrommel auszubauen oder das Gewebe zu entfernen. In der integrierten JUMBO-Biokammer (1400 x 1200 x 980 mm abzüglich 460 x 325 mm für Pumpenkammer) ist direkt ein japanischer Luftschlauch (19 mm) für ein besseres "moving bed" Verfahren zwecks verbesserter Verwirbelung der HX 13/17 vorinstalliert. Hierzu wird eine Membranpumpe von 100-120 L/min benötigt. Wir empfehlen entweder die HAP-Serie, die Secoh-Serie oder die AP-Serie. Zudem wurde die Biokammer mit 8 mm Schlitzen ausgestattet um HX 13/17 einzusetzen.  Bitte beachten Sie bei den HX 13/17 die geschützte und ungeschützte Oberfläche. Danach wird die Quadratmeter Abbaufläche für Bakterien berechnet. Der EPS Combi-Trommelfilter CF35 quer ist sowohl als Pump- sowie als Schwerkraftversion lieferbar. Auch wenn Sie eine Schwerkraftversion besitzen, ist es mit wenigen Handgriffen möglich, diese auf Pumpversion umzubauen (wenn Sie hierzu Hilfe benötigen, stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung). Eine Umbauanleitung für den Umbau liegt dem Steuerungskasten bei. Durch die Sicherungsfunktion bzw. den Notausdeckelschalter werden die Tauch UVCs direkt abgeschaltet wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird. Die Funktion ist nur gewährleistet wenn diese über die mitgelieferte Steuerung angeschlossen werden. Das heißt dieser Trommelfilter hat ein Plug and Play System. Auf Wunsch können wir den Filter mit einer Tauch-UVC und einer Teichpumpe nach Ihren Wünschen ausstatten. There are stainless steel, PE and PP drum filters on the market. Some of the stainless steel filters were notable for their poor workmanship (cheap tank connectors that leaked, broke off or had rust defects). PE filters caused big problems when exposed to sunlight (bending and warping of the material) Many drum filters do not have a direct drive and are driven by pinions, V-belts or toothed belts. The use of salt also became problematic. In our view, these are all weak points that can lead to malfunctions. For these reasons, we decided to build PP filters that do not deform, are acid-resistant and are operated with a direct drive. After an intensive test period of approx. 6 years in our own KOI facility, which consists of approx. 60 tanks of various sizes, with full fish stocking and abundant feeding every day, we started series production. All the problems mentioned are now a thing of the past - We love clear water and healthy fish EPS drum filters reduce the need for cleaning and maintenance in fish farms and garden ponds to a minimum. The processing is carried out using the latest technology such as CNC machines, which guarantees quality and precision. The systems can be used in the koi and/or swimming pond sector as well as in fish farming, industry and public areas. The new control system is pre-set in the factory with a water-saving function, whereby the first contact at the probes causes the drum to rotate half a turn without rinsing. At the second contact at the probes, the drum is rotated a full revolution and cleaned completely. Function The function of the drum filter is to filter polluted water mechanically. Smallest particles are separated from the water by a stainless steel sieve RVS 316 of 75 micrometres and led to the outside via a dirt drain. This filtering process is automatically regulated by a control system and monitored by probes. In the event of a malfunction, the filter automatically switches off the circulation and backwash pump. The water level is constantly monitored by a level controller. The EPS PP-35 drum filter is made of very high quality PP plastic and is supplied including control unit, level controller, cover, channel flushing, direct drive and additional sockets for UVC and a second pump at an unprecedented price/performance ratio. The advantage of the EPS PP-35 is that by turning over a ball valve and pressing the test button "Flush", the gutter flushing is activated and thus cleaned of leaves, thread algae etc. The EPS PP-35 drum filter is available in both pump and gravity versions.
