Pallets are shipped by forwarding agents within Germany

Shipping fish with GO! Overnight Express

Fish are only shipped by GO! Overnight Express when temperatures are suitable (shipping days: Monday to Thursday)
Delivery on the day after dispatch, Tuesday to Friday usually between 09:00 and 12:00 hrs

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

Further details on payment:

When paying by SEPA core direct debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
