The first reusable winding sleeve for fleece filters (suitable for Genesis EVO fleece filters) Many owners of fleece filters have been waiting for this. Finally, a winding sleeve that can be reused. Since it is no longer necessary to buy a suitable disposable core, it is now technically and price-wise possible to use the entire range of fleece available on the market. In addition, bulky plastic waste is avoided. The winding tube can be used universally for materials produced in webs and also to take up used materials in the field of filtration / cleaning technology. Thanks to the patented new web fastening, the winding tube is simply pulled out of the side of the roll with the enclosed tool when required and is then immediately ready for use again. In addition, the disposal of used fleece, which can sometimes smell bad, is made much easier. On the day of waste collection, remove the used material from the sleeve without much dirt and time expenditure and dispose of it in small batches in the waste bin. Since there is no longer a sleeve in the used fleece, it can also be compressed. This means you have much less bulky waste. The winding tube will pay for itself in no time at all. Available in widths of 30, 50, 75 and 100 cm in length, the diameter is 63 mm. To protect the surface and the fact that the sleeve is finally provided with a nanoparticle seal, the winding sleeve is supplied in a grid.
