Staple - Floating Koi Standard Food
IZUMI Staple is a complete floating food for daily use in professional koi keeping. The feed is very tasty and contains high quality raw materials such as fishmeal and wheat, which make the feed easy to digest. Because IZUMI Staple floats, it allows you to closely observe the feeding behaviour of your fish. This helps you to assess the health of your animals on a daily basis and water pollution is minimised.
Feeding recommendation:
Feed 2 to 4 times per day depending on fish size and no more than the koi can eat within 5 minutes. Remove all uneaten food from the pond if you have fed too much. The koi's appetite decreases significantly when the water temperature drops below 10 °C; bear this in mind when feeding. Below a water temperature of 5 °C, the koi should no longer be fed.
