Pump Features 20 adjustable power levels Flow rate correlates with pressure output Display with memory and alarm functions Sine wave technology; ultra-quiet operation Automatic restart after feeding mode Control Panel
Function I.
Operating Mode The controller drives the water pump using generated sine wave current. The digital display shows the power output; "PXXX" indicates the pump's operating power. The flow rate is displayed as "1-XX" before automatically switching to the power reading (Watts) after a few seconds. The controller features two operating modes: feeding mode and wave mode. Press the "feeding/wave-making" button to switch between them. Feeding mode displays "1-XX" with a power reading of "P-XXX," while wave mode displays "2-XX," also with a power reading of "P-XXX." Wave mode settings can be adjusted using the "+" and "-" buttons. If an error occurs, press and hold the "feeding/wave-making" button to clear the error code.
II. Feeding Mode Briefly press the "feeding/wave-making" button to enter feeding mode settings. The digital display will show "FdXX.XX." This initiates a 10-minute countdown during which the pump stops operating. Once the 10 minutes have elapsed, the pump resumes the previously set operating mode. Briefly press the "feeding/wave-making" button to exit feeding mode. All other buttons are inactive while in feeding mode.
III. Display Lock Function When the pump is operating normally, the display locks automatically and shows "LoC". To unlock the display, press and hold the "-" button for approximately 5 seconds. Once unlocked, the display shows "UloC". This function prevents accidental adjustment of the controller settings.
IV. Programmable Runtime Press and hold the "+" button to access the operating time settings. The display will show "XXXX", with a default runtime of 6 hours.
V. Memory Function The pump does not require reprogramming after a power failure. Upon resuming operation, the device automatically restarts in the last used mode.
VI. Error Display and Troubleshooting If the controller detects a fault, the display will flash and show an error code "ErXX". The codes indicate the following: Er01 – Over-voltage protection. Please check that the plug is connected correctly. Er02 – Under-voltage protection. Please check that the plug is connected correctly. Er03 – Short-circuit protection. Please check for cable damage. Er04 – Dry-run protection. Please ensure the pump is connected correctly and not running dry. Er05 – Blockage protection. Please check that the pump is connected correctly and not obstructed by an object. Er06 – Overheating protection. Please ensure the device does not overheat. Resetting the error display: Press the "feeding/wave-making" button while in the error menu to reset the error display. Return the controller to its pre-error state and restart the pump.
