Clay is a precious gift of nature. Our clay was formed about 150 million years ago. This clay is extracted in open pits, carefully prepared, finely ground and granulated into beads. At a fiery heat of over 1200°C, this clay granulate is fired in a rotating rotary kiln without artificial additives, pesticides or dyes. This process technology makes the outer skin and the core extremely porous and creates a large surface area for the settlement of bacteria. Colonisable surface 140 m3 per litre. Ideally, the clay granulate is filled into filter media bags for multi-chamber filters (must be ordered separately!). This makes cleaning the filter easier, as the mesh bags are easy to remove . Developed for larger filter chambers. Reaches almost 100 % of its filter performance in approx. 4 - 6 weeks. Can be left in the filter for a very long time. Is subsequently a good water reservoir and thus contributes to soil improvement. Much lighter than gravel! Da die alten Aufsatzfilter 220/330 L, welche im Press- / Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt wurden, nicht länger gefertigt werden, haben wir uns entschlossen, einen neuen Aufsatzfilter mit besserer Technologie und Verarbeitung (Handarbeit) auf den Markt zu bringen.Dieser Filter wird komplett mit Verrorungszubehör (lose) sowie Filtermaterial (Filterwaben) und Deckel ausgeliefert. Da es bei den alten Filtern immer wieder Probleme gab, dass diese vom Becken abgerutscht sind und in das Becken hinein gefallen sind, haben wir den neuen Filter an den Seitenwänden und an der Rückwand verlängert, um zu gewährleisten, dass dieses Problem der Vergangenheit angehört.Der Filter ist mit Filterwaben bestückt, die eine Oberfläche von 240 m²/m³ haben. Diese Waben kommen aus der Aquakultur und Kläranlagentechnik, wo diese auch heute noch eingesetzt werden. Das Medium ist leicht zu reinigen. Die komplette Ablassverrohrung inkl. Durchführung wird lose separat mitgeliefert, so dass Sie Ihre Ablassverrohrung entweder nach links oder rechts ausrichten können.Der Aufsatzfilter hat ein Upflow-System wodurch eine gute Filterleistung erreicht wird.Wir empfehlen hierfür die HX 6540 Pumpe und als UVC Gerät entweder das Tauch UVC 40 W oder das Budget UVC PL 11 W.

The filter differs from ordinary bead filter systems and sand filters by its rinsing process. Modified sand filters often require two to four times the pump power to pump the same net amount of water through the filter. Practice:A SuperBead requires a pre-filter system such as the SuperSieve (except indoors). The SuperBead can be easily installed anywhere, both below and above water level. It can also be placed further away from the pool if the pipe diameters are taken into account. As it is a closed filter, indoor installation does not cause any problems in terms of moisture, odour or insect nuisance. The SuperBead has no electrical components such as a fan and can therefore be installed outdoors without hesitation. If the sewage system is too far away to discharge the wastewater, the pump can also be connected so that the wastewater is pumped directly to the sewage system. An additional set intended for this purpose is included in the scope of delivery.

Moving bed filter process is also called fluidised bed process. This process is used in industrial wastewater treatment and in aquaculture facilities. In the moving bed process, the filter material is additionally swirled by blowing in air. The filter material is divided into a protected and an unprotected surface. This means: Unprotected surface is the inner and outer surface of the filter medium. Protected surface means that only the inner surface of the filter material is protected. In the moving bed process, the filter material is moved by air and rubs against each other. This removes the bacteria that have settled on the outside of the filter material. When selecting the filter material for the moving bed process, it is important to pay attention to the protected surface. To prevent high contamination of the filter material, it is very important to use a good mechanical water cleaning system (drum filter, fleece filter, etc.). Der Eco Pondchip ist das ideale Filtermedium zur biologischen Reinigung des Wassers für Koi- und Schwimmteiche. Nach der mechanischen Wassereinigung ist eine biologische Filterung im Moving Bed Biofilmverfahren mit dem Eco Pondchip die optimale Lösung zur Entgiftung des Wassers von Ammoniak/Ammonium und Nitrit. Unser Ziel ist es eine möglichst hohe Bakterienpopulation auf möglichst geringen Raum zu erzielen. Somit kann mit deutlich kleineren Biofiltern und hierdurch deutlichen geringeren Kosten, eine enorme Abbauleistung gegenüber den statischen Biofiltern erzielt werden. Die sehr hohe Porosität der Eco Pondchip, sowie die einem Flügel nachempfundene Form, sorgen für eine optimale Anströmung mit verschmutzten Wasser sowie eine gute Verwirbelung und permanente Selbstreinigung der Chips in der Moving Bed Filterkammer. Der grüne Hightech Chip mit einem Durchmesser von 30 Millimeter hat bei gleichem Volumen eine bis zu 30-fach höhere biologische aktivierbare Aufwuchsfläche für nitrifizierende Bakterien als alle andere Filtermedien die im Bereich der biologischen Koi- und Schwimmteich Filtration eingesetzt werden. 1000 Liter des neuen Eco Pondchip30 haben eine geschützte Oberfläche von 5570 m². Für den Eco Pondchip kommt ausschließlich sehr hochwertiges reines Polyethylen Granulat zum Einsatz.
