Function The function of the drum filter is to filter polluted water mechanically. Smallest particles are separated from the water by a stainless steel screen RVS 316 of 75 micrometres and led to the outside via a dirt drain. This filtering process is automatically regulated by a control system and monitored by probes. In the event of a malfunction, the filter automatically switches off the circulation and backwash pump. Funktion Trommelfilter / Drum Filter Die Funktion des Trommelfilters ist es, belastetes Wasser mechanisch zu filtern. Wir sind nicht nur Hersteller, sondern auch Praktiker. Bei uns werden alle Filter die von uns neu entwickelt werden vorab 3-6 Monate in unserer Fischzucht Anlage getestet und gehen erst nach erfolgreicher Testphase in den Verkauf. Durch ein Edelstahlsieb RVS 316 von 100 Mikrometer werden Kleinstpartikel vom Wasser getrennt und über einen Schmutzablauf nach Außen geführt. Die Trommelfilter von EPS bieten Möglichkeiten für mehrere Anwendungsbereiche. Ob Koi-, Schwimmteich oder industrielle technische Anlagen, wir bieten Ihnen immer das passende System an. Der Filterprozess wird über eine Steuerung automatisch geregelt und von Sonden überwacht. Bei einer Fehlfunktion schaltet der Filter automatisch Umwälz- und Rückspülpumpe ab. Der Wasserstand wird ständig von Sonden überwacht. Der EPS Trommelfilter PP150 ist sehr hochwertig aus PP Kunststoff verarbeitet und wird inklusive Steuerung, Notausdeckelschalter, manueller Rinnenspülung, Niveauregler, Deckel in einem noch nie dagewesenen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geliefert. All inclusive. Das heißt, bei uns leidet nicht die Qualität unter dem Preis. Alle Trommelfilter von EPS haben eine Verstärkung mit einem 50/50 U- Profil sowie einem Innenkern aus 40/40 4 Kant Stahlrohr. Durch den Direktantrieb vom Motor zur Trommel fallen Verschleißteile wie bei herkömmlichen Trommelfiltern (Keilriemen, Zahnriemen oder Kunststoffzahnräder) weg. Falls die Schmutzwasserrinne durch starkes Fadenalgenvorkommen oder Blätter einmal verstopfen sollte, ist es kein Problem diese einfach zu demontieren und zu reinigen ohne die Filtertrommel auszubauen oder das Gewebe zu entfernen. Hierzu haben wir auch zusätzlich eine manuelle Rinnenspülung installiert. Der PP150 Trommelfilter ist sowohl als Pump- sowie als Schwerkraftversion lieferbar. Auch wenn Sie eine Schwerkraftversion besitzen, ist es mit wenigen Handgriffen möglich, diese auf Pumpversion umzubauen (wenn Sie hierzu Hilfe benötigen, stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung). Durch die Sicherungsfunktion bzw. den Notausdeckelschalter werden die Tauch UVCs direkt abgeschaltet, wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird. Die Funktion ist nur gewährleistet, wenn diese über die mitgelieferte Steuerung angeschlossen werden. Es ist empfehlenswert den elektrischen Anschluss der Steuerung mit einem FI- Schutzschalter abzusichern. Die Steuerung sollte nicht direkter Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden (Regen). Passendes Anschlusszubehör wären Elastomer-Muffe 110 mm, Elastomer-Endkappe 110 mm (falls Sie nicht alle Ein- und Ausläufe benötigen). Aus 30-jähriger Erfahrung und vielen gekauften und selbst getesteten Filtersystemen von unterschiedlichen Anbietern haben wir uns entschlossen eine eigene Trommelfilterserie zu bauen. Es gibt auf dem Markt Trommelfilter aus Edelstahl, Polyethylen (PE) sowie Polypropylen (PP). Die Edelstahlfilter sind teilweise durch schlechte Verarbeitung (billige Tank Connectoren, die undicht waren, abbrachen oder Rostmängel aufwiesen) aufgefallen. PE Filter verursachten große Probleme bei Sonneneinstrahlung (Verbiegen und Verziehen des Materials). Viele Trommelfilter haben keinen Direktantrieb und werden über Ritzel, Keil- oder Zahnriemen angetrieben. Dies alles sind aus unsere Sicht Schwachpunkte, die zu Störungen führen können. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschlossen PP- Filter zu bauen die sich nicht verformen, säurefest sind und mit einem Direktantrieb betrieben werden (Industrie-Motor). Nach einer intensiven Testzeit von ca. 6 Jahren in unserer eigenen KOI- Anlage, die aus ca. 60 Becken unterschiedlichster Größe besteht, sowie bei vollem Fischbesatz und üppiger Fütterung täglich, haben wir die Serienproduktion aufgenommen. Alle genannten Probleme gehören nun der Vergangenheit an - Wir lieben klares Wasser und gesunde Fische - EPS Trommelfilter reduzieren den Reinigungs- und Wartungseinsatz bei Fischzuchten und Gartenteichen auf ein Minimum. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt über modernste Technologie wie CNC- Maschinen, wodurch Qualität und Präzision gewährleistet sind. Die Anlagen können im Koi- und/oder Schwimmteichbereich sowie bei der Fischzucht, in der Industrie und öffentlichen Bereichen eingesetzt werden. Auch bei Problemen stehen wir jederzeit mit Wort und Tat zur Verfügung. Funktion Trommelfilter / Drum Filter Die Funktion des Trommelfilters ist es, belastetes Wasser mechanisch zu filtern. Wir sind nicht nur Hersteller, sondern auch Praktiker. Bei uns werden alle Filter die von uns neu entwickelt werden vorab 3-6 Monate in unserer Fischzucht Anlage getestet und gehen erst nach erfolgreicher Testphase in den Verkauf. Durch ein Edelstahlsieb RVS 316 von 100 Mikrometer werden Kleinstpartikel vom Wasser getrennt und über einen Schmutzablauf nach Außen geführt. Die Trommelfilter von EPS bieten Möglichkeiten für mehrere Anwendungsbereiche. Ob Koi-, Schwimmteich oder industrielle technische Anlagen, wir bieten Ihnen immer das passende System an. Der Filterprozess wird über eine Steuerung automatisch geregelt und von Sonden überwacht. Bei einer Fehlfunktion schaltet der Filter automatisch Umwälz- und Rückspülpumpe ab. Der Wasserstand wird ständig von Sonden überwacht. Der EPS Trommelfilter PP150 ist sehr hochwertig aus PP Kunststoff verarbeitet und wird inklusive Steuerung, Notausdeckelschalter, manueller Rinnenspülung, Niveauregler, Deckel in einem noch nie dagewesenen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geliefert. All inclusive. Das heißt, bei uns leidet nicht die Qualität unter dem Preis. Alle Trommelfilter von EPS haben eine Verstärkung mit einem 50/50 U- Profil sowie einem Innenkern aus 40/40 4 Kant Stahlrohr. Durch den Direktantrieb vom Motor zur Trommel fallen Verschleißteile wie bei herkömmlichen Trommelfiltern (Keilriemen, Zahnriemen oder Kunststoffzahnräder) weg. Falls die Schmutzwasserrinne durch starkes Fadenalgenvorkommen oder Blätter einmal verstopfen sollte, ist es kein Problem diese einfach zu demontieren und zu reinigen ohne die Filtertrommel auszubauen oder das Gewebe zu entfernen. Hierzu haben wir auch zusätzlich eine manuelle Rinnenspülung installiert. Der PP150 Trommelfilter ist sowohl als Pump- sowie als Schwerkraftversion lieferbar. Auch wenn Sie eine Schwerkraftversion besitzen, ist es mit wenigen Handgriffen möglich, diese auf Pumpversion umzubauen (wenn Sie hierzu Hilfe benötigen, stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung). Durch die Sicherungsfunktion bzw. den Notausdeckelschalter werden die Tauch UVCs direkt abgeschaltet, wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird. Die Funktion ist nur gewährleistet, wenn diese über die mitgelieferte Steuerung angeschlossen werden. Es ist empfehlenswert den elektrischen Anschluss der Steuerung mit einem FI- Schutzschalter abzusichern. Die Steuerung sollte nicht direkter Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden (Regen). Passendes Anschlusszubehör wären Elastomer-Muffe 110 mm, Elastomer-Endkappe 110 mm (falls Sie nicht alle Ein- und Ausläufe benötigen). Als UV-Lampe empfehlen wir unsere Tauch UVC 40 W Amalgam oder Tauch UVC 80 W Amalgam.
