Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschlossen PP- Filter zu bauen die sich nicht verformen, säurefest sind und mit einem Direktantrieb betrieben werden. Es ist empfehlenswert den elektrischen Anschluss der Steuerung mit einem FI- Schutzschalter abzusichern. Die Steuerung sollte nicht direkt Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden. Passendes Anschlusszubehör wären Elastomer-Muffe 110 mm, Elastomer-Endkappe 110 mm (falls Sie nicht alle Ein- und Ausläufe benötigen). Als UV-Lampe empfehlen wir unsere Tauch UVC 40 W Amalgam oder Tauch UVC 80 W Amalgam. Durch den Einsatz von Tiefbrunnenpumpen ist eine Spülvorgang kaum hörbar. Es gibt auf dem Markt Trommelfilter aus Edelstahl, Polyethylen (PE) sowie Polypropylen (PP). Die Edelstahlfilter sind teilweise durch schlechte Verarbeitung (billige Tank Connectoren, die undicht waren, abbrachen oder Rostmängel aufwiesen) aufgefallen. PE Filter verursachten große Probleme bei Sonneneinstrahlung (Verbiegen und Verziehen des Materials). Viele Trommelfilter haben keinen Direktantrieb und werden über Ritzel, Keil- oder Zahnriemen angetrieben. Dies alles sind aus unsere Sicht Schwachpunkte, die zu Störungen führen können. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschlossen PP- Filter zu bauen die sich nicht verformen, säurefest sind und mit einem Direktantrieb betrieben werden. Nach einer intensiven Testzeit von ca. 6 Jahren in unserer eigenen KOI- Anlage, die aus ca. 60 Becken unterschiedlichster Größe besteht sowie bei vollem Fischbesatz und üppiger Fütterung täglich, haben wir die Serienproduktion aufgenommen. Alle genannten Probleme gehören nun der Vergangenheit an - Wir lieben klares Wasser und gesunde Fische - EPS Trommelfilter reduzieren den Reinigungs- und Wartungseinsatz bei Fischzuchten und Gartenteichen auf ein Minimum. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt über modernste Technologie wie CNC- Maschinen, wodurch Qualität und Präzision gewährleistet sind.
