PVC-Fittings kommen aus dem Industrieanlagenbau und zeichnen sich durch ihre hohe Druckbeständigkeit (bis zu 16 bar) aus. Ebenfalls sind Rohrsysteme, welche mit diesem System erstellt werden sehr langlebig und kostengünstig. Für den Teichbereich reichen i.d.R. Fittings mit einer max. Druckbeständigkeit von 10 bar aus.

Bevor Sie die Rohre verkleben, sollten Sie jedoch folgende Hinweise beachten:

Schleifen Sie die Klebeflächen der zu verbindenden Rohrteile mit einem feinen Schmirgelpapier an.
Reinigen Sie anschließend die Klebestellen mit unserem PVC-Reiniger, um Staub und Fett zu entfernen.
Tragen Sie den Kleber auf die Klebestelle auf und lassen Sie Ihn kurz ablüften.
Stecken Sie die Teile zusammen und drehen Sie diese ein wenig.
Nach etwa 8 Sekunden ist das Verändern der Verbindung nicht mehr möglich!
Halten Sie die angegebene Trocknungszeit des Klebers ein, bevor Sie die Leitung unter Druck setzen und Wasser an die Klebestellen gelangt.

Führen Sie alle Arbeiten stets nur in gut belüfteten Räumen durch und verschließen Sie nach dem Gebrauch Kleber und Reiniger sofort! Achten Sie darauf, dass Kleber und Reiniger nicht auf Textilien gelangen, da sich Kleber fast gar nicht mehr entfernen lässt und Reiniger zu Verfärbungen führen kann. lässt und Reiniger zu Verfärbungen führen kann.
