Mittelvortex filter for your pond
The GRP Mittelvortex is a compact filter series from the EPS company. This filter series has remained almost unchanged. The still strong walls of this filter series are smooth on the outside as usual. The firmly laminated filter chambers allow a high flow rate. We have equipped the Mittelvortex 80 and 100 with a second additional inlet. Both 110 mm inlets are firmly laminated and directly connected to the middle vortex. This means that the bottom drain and skimmer can also be connected separately to the filters in this filter series, which has increased the performance enormously. This filter series can be operated both as a gravity filter and in pump mode. The central vortex is also equipped with a central overflow pipe. Optionally, we offer a pre-filter cartridge for this filter series (not included in the scope of delivery, please order separately), which prevents coarse dirt from getting into the cartridge chamber. Of course, this filter series is also available with the self-cleaning sieve filter on request. This also optimises the filter performance.

The piping is centrally located on the front side of the filter. We only use high quality pull valves. Each filter is tested for leaks before shipping.

This pre-filter cartridge consists of a foam cartridge that has to be fixed on a sieve tube and is attached to the existing drain pipe of the Upflow Vortex. This prevents coarse dirt from getting into the filter chamber.
