Izumi GH Plus 5 Kg Izumi GH Plus - for safely increasing the total hardness in the garden pond. In order for all biological processes to function well in the garden pond, the German total hardness, dGH, is a decisive factor. This value should not fall below 8 dGH. A hardness level between 11-13 dGH is desirable in the garden pond. If the total hardness in your pond is too low, slowly increase the total hardness to the value you are aiming for.
