Warranty, returns and complaints

Please use the following form if you wish to make a complaint or warranty claim or if you wish to return the goods. We will contact you as soon as possible and clarify the further procedure with you.

The following points must be fulfilled for a warranty claim to be processed:

the product was delivered no longer than 2 or 3 years ago (depending on the warranty period of the product)
the product does not show any external damage or damage caused by improper use
the defect is not due to limescale or contamination
the defect is notdueto wear and tear of a replaceable part
in the case of remote-controlled units, the transmitting part as well as the batteries have beenchecked
the unit has the original plug

WARRANTY CONDITIONS Drum filter

The supplier guarantees drum filters for 24 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. The drum fabric, the quartz glass and the UV-C lamp are excluded from the warranty.
Defects and/or malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, use and/or maintenance are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty is void if repairs have been carried out by third parties.
The warranty is void if the wiring is not in its original condition.
Warranty claims will only be processed if the product is presented to the supplier prepaid, together with a valid, dated proof of purchase.
The supplier is not liable for any damage, including consequential damage, resulting from incorrect use or failure of the device.
Claims relating to transport damage to the appliance and/or its parts will only be processed if the damage is reported to the dealer in writing within 24 hours.
These warranty conditions refer to the series models offered by us. Wecan only provide a guarantee for the materials used on special designs that are manufactured at the customer's request - the functionality may be impaired.
