The new version of the Turbocleaner TC 3 (2013 model) features
revolutionary patented skimmer heads with a stainless steel core.
The use of this material not only causes a much
higher and better removal of surface-active dissolved substances
from the water, but also works against green water caused by
floating algae.
Water pollution in garden ponds is caused by organic substances such as
e.g. metabolic products of fish, proteins or ammonium.
Physically, these substances are surface-active, i.e. they preferentially accumulate
at interfaces between air and water.
The skimming process removes this load from the water.
